Alimony in the laws of Iran and England

Abstract
Aifaf's alimony means providing for the marriage expenses of the deceased. Are fathers and families in general obliged to pay this alimony despite the considerable importance of this financial need? A comparative study of the laws of the Islamic countries of Iran and the non-Islamic countries of England shows that none of them have mentioned the necessity of this example of alimony. In order to further research the laws of Iran, the opinions of Shiite jurists that form the basis of the official laws have been examined, and in the examination of the laws of England, Christianity has been reviewed. In the present study, a descriptive and analytical research was carried out using a library method and it was found that the famous Shiite jurists have denied the obligation of alimony, and this category has not been addressed in Christianity, and the official laws of both Islamic and non-Islamic countries are silent on this issue. . While the alimony of Afaf has decisive functions and it requires the obligatory attention of the relatives towards the alimony of Afaf. The flow of chastity in the society, the establishment of famous examples, the creation of deterrence capacities and the reduction of crime, the obligatory prelude to having children, as well as the spiritual growth are the important functions of chastity alimony, and with the approach to the jurisprudence of the education system, in which the materials required for a graduate teacher are these functions. Due to the fact that they contain undeniable materials, they are necessary and binding.
